SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

SHIPPING TERMS

We offer same-day shipping if order gets processed before 4PM (CST) and it's on a business day. If an order is processed after 4PM (CST), it will be shipped out on the next business day. We are responsible for making sure the product gets to you safely and that it is securely packaged.

Estimated Delivery Times & Rates

We ship all parcels with DHL to your shipping address. You can choose between 2 shipping rates when placing your order: standard shipping (5 to 7 business days) priced at 20 USD, or expedited shipping (2 to 4 business days) priced at 35 USD. Note that shipping rates may vary depending on where you reside. All shipments are trackable. You will receive 2 confirmation emails after placing your order: 1) order confirmation email will be sent immediately upon placing your order and 2) shipment confirmation email will be sent when your parcel has been assigned a tracking number. Please note that with standard shipping, the tracking number is assigned on the 3rd business day after you've placed your order. If you choose expedited shipping, your order will receive a DHL Express tracking code on the day of order placement (provided the order was placed before 4PM CST on that day). RETURNS

In absence of technical defects and quality problems of the product, our return policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return:
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@goluk.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@goluk.com

PRODUCT WARRANTY

To enjoy the best after-purchase services, please read carefully the instructions below and fill out the online warranty registration form.
1) Enjoy free-of-charge repair during warranty period and special offers beyond this period.
2) We provide exchange service in case of failure or malfunction in our products within 1 full year from the moments of purchase. Products purchased directly from the manufacturer enjoy an extended 18 months warranty including 1 year free return and 6 months free repair.
3) Failure or malfunction will not be covered if they’re caused by the following conditions:
- Failure or malfunction by accident, negligence, disaster, erroneous operation or misuse of product.
- Operation or storage under abnormal circumstances and conditions, such as improper environmental temperature, humidity, using incompatible power supply and introduction of electric shock.
- Product repaired by a repair unit which is not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Product that is out of the warranty period.
Users may submit complaints to manufacturer if you have any objections against the technical service provided by the distributor.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
